I think that maybe you're jumping to conclusions too fast, it's healthy to masturbate after all. If you're parents aren't worried, i presume you've spoke to them, neither should you be. If you're still worried contact a doctor and get some tests. Try talking to a close friend about it, I'm sure that they would understand your worry. Don't let this put you off in future.

No. not at all from masterbation. The only way to catch anything is get it from someone else, and that makes it impossible to give anything to yourself if you don't have it to begin with. Understand that? It's possible that you are using the wrong lubrication. And a little discharge is actually normal if you are horny a lot. Being 16, yes it is normal. It's what is called pre-***. During sex it happens frequently. Unless it is discolored, then you need to see a doctor ASAP. If it is white, or dries a little yellow, then you should be fine.
As for the redness, that's probably because you need to keep it dry. Unfortuntly we have bacterial issues similar to what women do, except they have natural bacteria which balances itself, and we do not. Wash and dry.
