No you can't get AIDS from a girl...or anyone else..... OK, I'm messing with the language. You can get the HIV virus from males or females (or your mother at birth, if she has the virus). HIV will eventually turn into AIDS, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. The real reason I messed with the language is that my point is that you can catch the HIV virus, not the AIDS disease, and the thing about that is that viruses do not care which gender you are or how they get transmitted from one human to another. |

Of course you can get aids from a girl, Assuming she has aids or You have sexual intercourse or you come into contact with bodily fluids. there have been rumors and beliefs in the past the AIDS were a homosexual disease spread by homosexual intercourse this has obviously been disproved as we now know that there are numerous ways of contracting the virus.
