There are several diseases that can make you feel that way. Have you been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure? This is when the heart is unable to keep up with the fluid in the system and it gets back up into the lungs. This situation is potentially dangerous and should not be taken lightly. If a person is having shortness of breath, please get them to an ER.

there are numerous possibilities, fluid of the lungs, lung infections, you have to go see your GP to go to a specialist for the exact diagnosis.
