just take any kind of OTC nasal Decongestant, I believe they have some nasal sprays to relieve it as well. I always get post nasal drainage too, it's terrible. And so are allergies. |

Tyenol Extra Strength Allergy medicine. Works Great!! I have to use it everyday for my allergies and post nasal drip. However, if your nasal drip continues for more than a week you should see your doctor, You could have a sinus infection. |

I had a sinus infection and had post-nasal drip (doc gave me antibiotics for the sinus infection). I took Sudafed 12-hour. But it hardly touched it. So I asked my doc and he said take 3 or 4 at once; if I only do it for a day or three. That takes the OTC stuff up to prescription strength. Again, don't take it too many days. |

Vicks makes a Chloraseptic spray that you can use that will numb your throat. Also, if the pain is bothering you, take some Tylenol with it. |
