How to ease blocked nose and dry throat during sleep?
Every single night, I can't sleep properly because I can't breathe. My nose are blocked and my throat felt so dry. That only happens during night when I'm in bed sleeping. The next day, I'll be alright. This happens again when I sleep. Help!

You should see a sleep specialist. If you don't want to do that get one of those strips that goes over your nose to expand the nasal passages and maybe get a humidifier for your throat.

Try gargling with something like "askit" or "disprin" powders. I have bad allergies to cats and rodents and my hay-fever is no picnic. That said, the gargling helps a helluva lot. Do it three times a day and it will clear all the mucus and stuff out of your throat.

purchase a 'baby' humidifier ~ ~ minimial cost around $10-12,

that will do it!! Use it only in the bedroom, that should do it.

Here I come I am cinnamon
before you go to sleep put some vapor rub on your nose. that should help get rid of the stuffiness in your nose. And for your throat....just try drinking lots of water during the day so that it wont be dry.

You sound just like me. I recently had my deviated septum fixed (again) because I was knocked face first on a blacktop in 2nd grade. This time I used a top 100 ENTspecialist in the country, he is fantastic.
Your throat is dry because you are mouth breathing because you can't breathe thru your nose. You probably need to see a specialist and see if it's a blockage, polyp or something but first you can try a saline spray called Simply saline, found in most drug stores, there are 2 kinds, plain saline and Allergy which is hypertonic (reduces swelling) It has a great sprayer and the mist goes deep where it belongs. Doc also instructed my to use a Gentle salt&water sinus rinse every night before bed, it's called NielMed Sinus Rinse - it's patented and not unpleasant. I found both these items at our Brooks Pharmacy, but other pharmacies didn't carry either one. Keep looking- even online. I have had some continous swelling on one side while sleeping and wake up with a yuck mouth, so at my last follow up the other day he prescribed a 6 day steroid pill and lastnight (you take 6, then 5 then 4, etc) I felt a difference.
You may have something going on, it pays to go to a good doctor.

Good luck!

Are you drinking enough water during the day? That can help. Also, you might try getting a humidifier and running it in your bedroom when you sleep.
