Can a candida cleanse be done sucessfully with a diet ?

jacyinbg	I guess it is possible to do a candida cleanse with a diet, but I can't imagine that it would taste very nice. Probably not a good idea to fry it either, as this would probably be quite fattening. Grilled or boiled would probably be best! Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Being informed is important to make decisions for your health so I would recommend checking out Phillip Day's website (see Credence website below) - he highly advocates the use of proper "food" to eliminate bad health. Have a listen to his short video and see if you feel comfortable with what he says then check out the books and health products. You can even email him and he can advise you. ginger lily	I find that plain yoghurt is very effective for this problem.It works well if women have cystitis too. I used to have very badly blocked nasal passages until I tried a product called Rhinocorte(that's what it is called in Australia - you could try Googling it to see if it is available elsewhere ). Since doing a course of it I have not suffered from the problem again and I breath freely all the time. You could try asking your doctor if there is another asthma medication you could try - there are quite a few. And try to establish what triggers your symptoms mainly, so you can avoid these substances - for me, anything made from wool makes me feel sneezy immediately.
