If your siting down for awhile and get up fast, all the blood rushes from your head making you dizzy, also could be from dehydration. Sit up slowly, and drink lots of water.

1- you're blond.
2- blood pressure
3- you're growing faster than your blood supply
4- you need to exercise.
5- you live above 10,000 ft elevation.
Check all that apply.

Hi
You could be anemic which would cause you dizziness on rising sharply. Go to doc and tell him. Get him to take your blood-pressure and a blood test.I know you are not old but the doc will probably take your pressure anyway. Other causes could be middle ear infection or blocked sinus.
Not to worry tho!

In my experience, a lot of young teenage girls do not eat enough. Are you? Could be low sugar, low blood pressure. Stand up slowly, and you won't get so dizzy.
