My "internal" alarm awakens me every morning between 5:45 and 6:15 am. However, if that alarm fails me, my cat Spooky is there to insure I am awake before 7am. lol

During the summer time I usually will wake up myself. Unless I have something to do then I set an alarm clock. On Sundays though, my mom will usually wake me up.

My alarm clock that's on the other side of the room. I put it on really loud so that it annoys me and I have to get up and turn it off. Then I don't have the feeling to go back to sleep because I had to get up. Or sometimes when I don't use my alarm ill use my phone and ill put a ringtone on it and I wake up because I think someone is calling me. And that makes me wake up. Well hope that helped.
