It could be an injury to a nerve or even a partial dislocation. Whatever it is you need to get it checked out. Good luck

I would recommend a chiroprator.
However since you dont have insurance, have someone massage pressure points and see if the pain shoots through to those areas you mentioned. They really need to press on them. If this is muscle knotting it should ease up after a couple of minutes.
Otherwise you should head to the chiropractor, you shouldnt have to live with that sort of pain.

If it hurts that bad you should maybe have someone massage it for you, like your husband or friend. You can also try relaxing in a hot bath. If it still bad just go to a free clinic or the free county hospital. I will pray for you. Hope you feel better.

well i'm a massage therapist and the pain sounds like rotator cuff problems...if that's the case there isn't really a home remedy for it...i would highly suggest looking into a free clinic or one based on your income since you have no insurance however you can always google some at home exercises that may help???

First things first. See a doctor. Anything that pains you that much should be investigated. Most probably what you will find is that it is either a muscle strain, and the pain you are feeling is from the spasm that is associated with the body's natural defence reflex. It basically try's to lock up and stabilise the area so you do no further damage. The other option is that you have a nerve snagged in the joint or ligament damage - although these are more unlikely unless you faced some sort of trauma. Either way this needs to be confirmed by a doctor.
If it is muscle stain and pain then improving the circulation and mineral absorption will help. I personally use Dead Sea Salt baths and so do allot of my athletic friends. It does wonders, is natural and costs little - especially if you buy it over the net from ebay or the like.
hope this helps
