As you get older, you start experiencing various aches and pains. Sometimes it may be arthritis. Take some painkiller (Paracetamol) it usually helps and keep active.

Most likely just age, but there is the possibility of an immune disorder that is causing your immune system to attack your own body. This is essentially what arthritis does. However, there are many autoimmune disorders that attack many parts of your body in different ways. If the pain is significant, it wouldn't hurt to have your doc check it out.

could be fibromyalgia? Is it your joints or bones? Do you think you have arthitis? You may just have a lot of inflamation in your body from your diet. Take fish oil, a Multivitamin and do yoga and some cardio a few times a week and that will help. I have fibromyalgia brought on by my hypothyroid and after starting exercise and healthier diet my pain decreased significantly. Get your Thyroid checked, too.

I can't believe some of the dumb answers here.
Try chiropractic treatment and I mean traditional chiropractic treatment not just any quack who can crack your back.
I'm younger that you and my bones use to ache a lot too. They felt brittle. I began taking chiropractic treatment and I've forgotten all about the pain.
Good luck.

Are you getting enough calcium With Vitamin D? Are you taking birth control that is only Progesterone? Your body needs estrogen to lay down new bone. You may be experiencing mild stress fractures, or the pain may not be the bone at all. It could be the tendons/muscles that support the bone and only feels like the bone. Either way, you should see your doc for a bone density test. Never too early to start! I found out when I was 27 that the birth control I was taking was wearing out my bones, I switched and now I'm fine! Good luck!

49 is NOT old!! Your bones should not ache--maybe your joints or your muscles, but definitely not your bones. If you are sure it's your bones, you need to see an orthopedist and find out what's going on.

Could be lack of Calcium, beginning stages of Osteoporosis. If that's the case, you can take a Calcium supplement - but either way, need to check with a Dr. Try drinking a lot of water and eating natural foods, also.

Do you move your body a lot? Everyday exercise a little bit at a time and get your body use to bending and stretching.
This is normal, but it is up you to keep everything moving and staying in shape. If you do not stretch and move a lot, your body will ache a lot from just moving and turning. Try some gardening it's a great exercise.

At about 45 to 50, all the ailments start coming like a rainstorm. So, get yourself a full body checkup. Cancers and all that need to be detected early. Please don't delay and procrastinate. Two of my uncles passed on because their cancers were so advanced and it ravaged their bodies. Don't ever delay your health.

EXCESS OF COLDNESS ENERGY OF YOUR BODY HAS CAUSED THIS PROBLEM, AS COLDNESS IS RELATED TO KIDNEYS AND KIDNEYS ARE RELATED WITH EAR, BONES AND JOINTS.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy and the BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the ONLY best treatment.
Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Surprisingly enough, it is often lack of regular exercise that can bring on that achiness. Try something not to stressful on your body, like walking 30 minutes a day. Start out slow, and build up. You'll find that you feel much better.
