♥-._Surfer Girl_.-♥	1st of all, dump that pathetic, low-life boyfriend!!! now ring a few friends and organise to go out and have fun with the girls and flirt with as many boys as possible, drink some alcohol because that can get rid of pain and stress (just dont make it a drinking habit) and right now take some Aspirin to relieve the pain for now and catch up on some sleep. Leopardlady	He has a record, because he deserves it. You need to press charges, call the cops and get him the frack away from you and your kid. At least he will be put in jail for the night, even longer depending on the record and the judge, giving you a chance to pack and leave. What a crappy life your poor kid has because of him. Stop making excuses; there are shelters and churches that can help you out with the things you need. you need to make up your mind to leave this jerk asap. Go to the emergency with your kid and tell them what happened. I know, you probably don't make much money and have to depend on him; but you have to put that kid first. A child should not witness any of his parents being beaten senseless, the arguing and fighting, etc. can really screw a kid up for life. There are places that can help. Go to the emergency room, by the time they see you and treat you it will be morning more than likely and you can speak to a social worker at the hospital to help get you out of that situation. Even a shelter for a few days is better than what you are going through at home. You need the police report to be able to claim custody so he doesn't take it out on the child. Go to the emergency; don't wait. God knows what kind of injuries you could have, and don't make excuses for him. A real man doesn't beat a woman. He beats you because he can, you are weaker than him physically because he is weak in the head. What's he done to the kid, or going to do? Get out. edit to add: DO NOT TELL HIM YOU ARE LEAVING. He may find you and do even worse. He'll figure it out. DONT TELL HIM AND BUY YOURSELF SOME TIME. Get into counseling pronto, so you will not go through this kind of thing again. Paws	If you have bruising there, or a lot of pain period, you NEED to seek medical attenion. Yes your kidneys are thereish and yes you need to get them looked at. It could be just muscle bruising but even when the muscles are bruised a lot it can sometimes create too many things for the body to deal with. I was in an abusive relationship and I know how hard it is to leave. I know how you feel for them. You do need to go in and be honest though - if you aren't you are just empowering him to do this more. I know it's hard. Big hugs. Are there any shelters or emergency funding places? As well with your neck there could be whiplash and things. So really really do get medical care asap - and probably in the ER where you can get bloodwork and x-rays or perhaps an ultrasound. mysti	Lala, I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this. I won't even lecture you like the others have done because I know you KNOW you have to leave this guy. If not for yourself, certainly for your child. And if you don't report this abuse to the police, he will continue to abuse and possibly kill some woman in the future! I can understand your concerns, but there is really help for you out there. The best thing to do is just call 911 or go to the ER and they will handle the rest. indonev	Dang girl. Making me feel bad for ya. Just take an Aspirin and rest up. You have to rest it out. Put some Ben Gay on it or something. Yes that's your kidneys, they also hurt if you're dehydrated. But definitely get rest and start exercising, you can do exercises while on the computer..Before going to bed, etc. It'll do your body better in the future in that you won't feel sick and so on.
