Some women do go bald.
Some women also get really thin hair after menopause. Then they perm it (like grandmas tend to) to fluff it up and make it look like they have more hair than they do.

women have the option of being bald, we just choose not to...well i personally choose not to...but if you are talking about when they get old, they do!!!! and women can also become bald from cancer! so it is entirely possible for a woman to be bald!!!

They do. I've seen some women who barely had any hair.
Many more women than men wear wigs when they get bald, so you're not as likely to notice. Men, when they wear a rug, tend to make it look like a rug. Men are also famous for combovers, and it's more fashionable for a man to have a chrome dome anyhow.

They don't have as much Testosterone, so fewer go bald. But I've seen plenty who are. (If you work retail, you really see EVERYTHING!)

pattern baldness is a sex-linked trait that is recessive. Thus men who only have one X express all sex-linked recessive traits while it is hard for women who have two X chromsomes to really get these recessive traits. Because even if one X carries the trait for baldness the other could carry the dominant gene for non-pattern baldness.

Women do lose their hair for a number of reasons. Heredity plays a big part. Pregnancy can also make your hair thin, there is also a rare condition (the name escapes me) where a woman does truly lose all her hair, and don't forget what chemo-therapy does to a womans' hair. Why can't we just celebrate who we are. The expression Bald Is Beautiful shouldn't just apply to men.

They do. Later in life their hair starts thinning and many get bald spots. Most men lose their hair because of DHT buildup in their scalp which is a byproduct of Testosterone. Women don't have testicles so they don't have the Testosterone buildup and the hair loss.
