Dr Frank	They don't, but here is an interesting oddity, when women live together in groups they all tend to end up menstruating at the same time. This is due to pheromone release and probably dates back to when humans were nomadic. If the tribe was wandering it was probably a good idea for all the women to get pregnant and give birth all at the same time.
