Why do pimples occur only on our face?

When the outer layers of skin shed (as they do continuously), the dead skin cells left behind may become 'glued' together by the sebum. Its most commen on your face and one of the main reasons people wake up with pimples is the bacteria from your face gets on your pillow and stays there. People sleep on it on a daily basis and all that oil and bacteria builds up into your pillow cover. Believe it or not this is one of the main reasons why. Make sure to wash your pillow case often to avoid outbreaks. I honestly wash my pillow cover almost everyday and Rarely wake up with pimples. Daily face washing is also important.
