And then eat it! Because the human body makes you do it. The germs from the dirt cause the body to produce anti-bodies to protect the blood from the types of germs that were around you (that you breathed in and are trapped by the nasal hairs. Good, eh?!

One is to get the boogers out , most of the time this is done while driving , maybe one is bored , and wants to get a good one out to have something to roll on his fingers and flick maybe out the car window or the floor..
If said booger is to wet or slimy one may attempt to dry it out by rolling it on the seat or the arm rest or maybe on the legs of ones pants , when dried to desired texture one will commence to flick the booger to a pre determined target
If someone is in the vehicle or one is spotted by another person an another vehicle , one may attempt to flick a wet booger which results in failure ,then said person may wipe it on the side of the seat until the coast is clear to retrieve said Booger and commence the flicking process.

Now I'm sure that we all know how one goes about picking their nose, so we can skip the step-by-step instructions.
We've all caught someone at sometime picking their nose. Some try to do it in secret. Others do it openly without embarrassment. Maybe even you have been caught in the act.
Nose-picking is one disgusting habit and is certainly not socially acceptable. So, are these people normal?

Maybe they have rhinotillexomania (habitual nose-picking).
my junior high science teacher was a wonderful nut... he used to give bonus points to people who would eat a bug.... like 'survivor' before its time....
he said one day... guess the way that most snot is removed from noses... blowing, falling out on its own... etc....
the answer is PICKING.
also he made the statement that people who DO blow always HAVE to look in the tissue... we KNOW what is IN the tissue but we HAVE to look at it anyway...

snot has two ingredients... protien and sugar. the protien is the reason why it strings out... protien molecules are in chains....
glucose (sugar)makes them sweet and the reason why
