Cat Loves LIN 300!	I just take a midol (because it has two kinds of pain Reliever and caffeine in it) or one Tylenol and one Motrin with caffeinated pop, and go to sleep for about an hour if I can. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

cheeky chic 379	Most medications for headaches have caffeine in them. Try coffee or a soda . Or this may sound silly but it works. Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth mid way. sweet_leaf	When I get a headache, I try to find the source. Is it stress, tension, back-ache, lack of fresh air, lack of food, dehydration, etc. Eliminate the source if possible and see if that helps. When that doesn't work, I try getting a cup of tea and snuggling under a blanket in front of the TV. If there's no relief then, I get ticked off and have a few drinks of rye. sicilygal2581	Honestly I have bad headaches. The best thing you can do is run your head under your bath faucet and have the water on cold. It will be shocking at first cause its cold, but allow yourself to relax and let your head be under there for 60sec.
