Maybe you are thinking too much about this your mind is the most powerful tool mankind has ever owned.
Our mind can make things happen or make things not happen. I hope you kind of understand.
Stop thinking about the way you feel and dont try to analyze it.
If it worries you soo much maybe you should see a shrink, you need to talk to someone proffesional it would help a lot.
You must have physcological problems that you may have to overcome to feel any better.

You sound like you are having panic attacks. I think the headaches you get around math class are anxiety, tension headaches and also a way of withdrawing from your fears.
The tics can also be anxiety related in the form of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
It would be best for you to see a mental health professional (either a social worker or psychologist) to be able to sort out your underlying fears. Your flood of emotions is a way to avoid thinking regularly about what you are worried about.
Also I would suggest seeing a psychiatrist to try meds which would also make your therapy more productive.
Good luck to you.

Wow, same think happens to me....exactly;
I myself think that for me at least it could be held in emotions from the past held in to long and those emotions exploding out because I might not be able to control them...I have had a lot of things happen to me. To the extreme ends too...
If you have had some big experience held in or multiple ones held in, I think you might want to see a physcologist who specializes in dealing with past event management.
If thats not the case, you will need to goto a doctor and get a diagnoses from him/her...although they my suggest the same thing to further investigate the source of these feelings? For example... a chemical unbalancedness in your head which controls your emotions...that function of your head that controls emotions may have something unusual about it.
Good luck!

Adrenalin and hormones is going on with you. Your systems are out of control and their is reasons for this. One, you are changing rapidly chemically because of the aging process, sexual maturity rushing in for recognition, results of child abuse, a tragic accident in your history, or some other event that could be classified as traumatic.
Just growing up can constitute a traumatic experience at time for some people. The lose of a family member, friend or even a dream that failed can be a traumatic event which you need help with to accept and adapt or/and grieve.
Needing help with one or more of these problems is the most human experience that we all go through at times in life. So, the universal solution is to get professional help by asking to talk to your doctor and then ask for a referral to a clinical psychologist or other appropriate professional counselor.
Please don't sweep it under the rug so the speak, because these trails we go through are learning experiences that we need to deal with and need assistance in understanding the problem.
Also, find out what PTSD is, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, because not just combat veterans get this disease. I think at one time or another, all of us humans have several of the symptoms of PTSD.

First of all, that sudden sickening wave of emotions is most likely an axinety attack.
You most likely have a chemical imbalance, which can be corrected. You can do exercises, which produce endorphins at that time of distress, or you can get a prescription and see how that is going to work for you.
Also, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is what you have described to the T.
Bi Polar disorder is the extreme of happieness, on top of the world feeling then when you are the least expecting it,
a crash of emotions bringing in hopelessness, depressions, anxiety, ...
So, you should see a doctor first. Then see what happens.
There are so many different medications out there, please read about each one that you take.
Some side effects are worse than the condition such as difficulty swallowing. When side effects happen that you don't like you must stop taking that medication right away and tell your doctor to give you something else.
I am guessing that you don't sleep either... there are great meds for that!

Nothing is wrong with you, you're just human, and prone to human conditions. This is likely either related to depression and/or anxiety. i suggest seeing a Mental Health Care Professional. They'll be able to help you better than I ever could, and they can diagnose a condition and proscribe medicine if they deem it necessary.

No, you do not sound psycho at all. Sounds more like an anxiety disorder that can be treated by resolving the underlying root cause or minimizing situations that bring it on. Depending on your age, it could be hormone storms that are causing it but you should talk to your doctor and follow their advice.

well that sounds kinda bad. you should see a psychologist. it sounds to me (i used to study psychology so..) that you could have either depression or something like bipolar disease. bipolar people feel very intense, opposite feelings. you need to see someone. you can take medicine that would more than likely help your symptoms.

It sounds like anxiety. Ask your doctor to refer you to a psychologist... or talk to your school psychologist; he may be able to guide you in the right direction. Do not immediately assume you need drugs!! Try some relaxation techniques and meditation. A very good friend of mine significantly improved her depression when she took up yoga and exercise!
Remember that you are not alone. Millions of people suffer from depression and anxiety and there are ways to feel "normal" again. You just have to take the first step and talk to someone. Good luck!!

From your question it appears you must be in teens. At this age it is quite possible to have diff kind of fleeting emotions that go away in no time. Also you could be unhappy with maths. For many girls this happens with math classes. Try to control urself. Confide in and take help of friends. I am sure u will be alright.

You should really see your doctor and tell him/her these things...but it sounds to me like you are Bi-polar. Some symptoms include high and low periods of emotions and feelings. I have no clue about the eye twitching. Definitely go see a doctor.

Sounds like a classic panic attack.
Nothing to worry about, but you should definitely get in to see your dr.
Don't be ashamed or embarrased. It is natural at one time in our life to have these feelings. The symptoms you explained sound clasic.
There is medication you can take for the attacks.
Paxil etc.
Good luck!

This sounds like the kind of thing that should be treated by a neurologist (nerve&brain doctor). The big wave of bad emotions sounds like a panic attack. Definitely unpleasant. But very common, and treatable by a doctor so they go away! So if you want to stop suffering this way, definitely talk to your doctor and make an appointment with a neurologist. Another thing it sounds like is maybe an epileptic attack. A mild one, but also something that must be treated. You should definitely not suffer like this anymore! There are plenty of treatments available to you so you won't have to keep worrying and being troubled! Take care of yourself!
