eddie	Washing up liquid and a scouring pad (not one of the metal ones, lol.) Medium sand paper springs to mind, but I've never tried it myself. A nail file kind of works but it's easy to miss bits. nique	I guess the best answer would be stop smoking but how will that help your already stained nails, right. Well the absolute best would be to get a full manicure, but for the cheaper solution soak your nails in a soulution containing fingernail polish remover soap *alittle bleach after this scrub both your hands and nails really good with soap and warm water.
