See your doctor. Nobody should have to live like that.
Mood swings, anger and depression can all be caused by some underlying physical condition. Your doctor has dealt with these things before.
Seek help...it's there.

I understand how paintful you are..
Cause I am in the same position at this time..
It's not something my concious can solve.
So.. I am just letting it right now.
I tried everything I could... But it didn't work for me
I've been to councelors and I worked out to get it over..
But non of these worked for me..
It didn't just control my feelings..
It actually controls the body too.
So... I figured..out
O.K it's not mine at all.
neither the body nor the emotion belongs to me .
so I say these whenever I'm in pain
O.K you .. who is in charge of me ..
is responsible for everything.
without you working there..
fame , wealth , knoledge ,.. what is so great about that
while I'm not happy at all..
I was you who gave me all the pain and frustration..
But also it was you who gave all the positive things before...
U take it
...and I have nothing to do to get it back but praying
U must be what people call GOD.
By just directing my anger toward it..
sometimes it feels better... But..
If the real problem is not solved.. the pains comes back
and I don't know what's wrong...
So I Pray again..
You made me You drived me this far..
and You are the only one who can solve it
So Do it or not is depend on you
So whatever it is you do it . it's all yours.
I hope it works for you..

Chemical imbalance can cause a LOT of instantaneous emotional upset.
Better see your doctor, get checked out. Bipolarity, Diabetes, Schizophenia and a number of other conditions can be indicated by chemical imbalance, sudden mood change and hormone deficiencies.
On the other hand, maybe you're just basically angry. Who are you angry with, and why? What about? The very WORST scenario is that you are angry with yourself and do not know WHY.....perhaps you are merely expecting too much from yourself.
Try accepting the fact that you are human, you can get frustrated, you can make mistakes, you can irritate people, can be mean to them...everyone CAN be deficient in their own EYES.
The KEY is to be AWARE of how to FIX the problem, and to do that you have to figure out what the problem IS---why you are so frustrated.
THEN...you work hard to learn how to be kind to others again.......AND yourself. Remember, FORGIVENESS of ONES'self is the most important thing to understand.

Sit down and write down things in your life you would change (besides how you feel). Be honest with yourself because you are in denial. You have a pain you are not wanting to see and that is what you need to get rid of.

practice some tai chi, deep breathing, and praying never hurts when you are feeling down. You got the first step though....you are wanting to change. That is good. Also what kind of music do you listen to? Some ppl just can't handle certain types....try to find something that will relax you...make you feel good inside.

Well, how old are you first off... if your a teenager, it could just be violent hormone shifts. If it's not that, it could be extended pms symptoms.

You should probably see a therapist. Perhaps you are manic depressive or bi-polar, or some other underlying mental health issue that can be treated. Best wishes.

Hmm.. I feel a lot like that, myself. I was just wondering about again today at work. I can be mad for awhile, then I may get to feeling better, then get mad all over again. 'My' problem seems to stem from being overly sensitive, I think.
In your case, you could have a slight bit of Bipolar. I'm not sure, though. Have you talked to your doctor about it?
I just started taking Effexor, mainly for anxiety/depression, anxiety mostly. I don't advocate drugs for just anybody, but sometimes a person may need help in one form or another, and if that's what it takes, then that's cool, IMHO.
I like your honesty in admitting your problems, too. At times I just push my worries like this in the background and go on. Maybe that's the way a lot of people deal with it, and I guess it's okay, as long as we don't eventually 'go off'...
Anyway good luck!

Maybe you just need space. I'm like that alot and I live in a crowded house so it's not too easy for me. Alot of the time I just grit my teeth and do nothing. When I have time I just go to my room and blast my radio.

Sounds like you very likely could be bi-polar, I am a-typical manic depressive and have mood swings, but not that severe and I take medication to balance my moods, I also have friends who are manic depressive and they have severe mood swings like that, I suggest you seek counseling.
