if a material wants to stick somewhere friction should be there and the surface should be little rough. inside mouth because of saliva it the surface is smooth whereas in cheek skin s rough so it sticks in cheek

Because the surface of your teeth is so slick that it's very hard for anything to stick to them. Even when candy sticks, it's because it gets into cracks (wedged in). Your face, on the other hand, has many tiny pores that make it easy for your gum (or your lunch) to stick to it.

Your teeth are covered with that's rather like new, shiny paint. It's hard for anything to stick to a surface like that. Once you sand it, though, making the surface rougher, then things will stick.

Its the moisture on ur teeth and the gum that doesnt let it stick. It will stick to dry surfaces only. Try to wipe your tooth dry and also let the chewing gum become dry. Then you will see that it sticks even to your tooth.
try out dis after chewing gum throw it into a bucket full of water and try to stick it to ur hands putting dem inside bucket it wont stick
So moisture is the main thing. It wont stick to ur hands if they are wet!
