I make my own low fat Tzatziki dip and use either rice crackers (1 point for 10 of them using Weight Watchers measures) or crudites. It feels naught but has virtually no impact on weight loss regulations.

Try veggie chips, those are AWESOME! They may sound gross, but they are really yummy and addicticting. I reccomend those! Here is a picture:

It's not good to snack between meals. The stomach needs a good break where NOTHING AT ALL is going into it between each meal except for water. This way your digestive system can work much more efficiently. If you must snack, then there is nothing better than fruit.

since you love the salt/crunch, why not try the 100 calorie pack bags that they sell?? This way, you still get the flavor, but you don't overindulge...(they sell big boxes of them at Sam's Club, but wal mart, grocery stores sell them...)

I eat unhealthy alternatives like cake and pork pies.
But seriously - fruit is good. Nuts in small amounts. Carrots. Those little sushimi sticks you can get are good.

Baked chips, rice cakes, Celery/peanut butter, granola bars, snack crackers, low fat yogurt, banana chips, tortilla chips with salsa makes for a great snack with little fat, calories, or additives, peanuts/raisins, apples, carrots/low fat ranch dressing, all kinds of fruits are a wonderful snack as well b/c they give you that feeling os being full which is what everybody is looking for when you eat! homemade brownies mixed with cream cheese. cool whip on top. to die for
the chinese make this rice cake that is so tasty and next to no calories. they make it right in there grocery stores homemade. its so much better than the rice cakes from american grocery stores. check out in your town a chinese grocery store, they should have it. its round and flat and really big.

Dry Roasted Edamame. They taste similar to sunflower seeds and are a nice crunchy/salty snack. Per 1/4c serving: 4g fat, 10g carb, 8g fiber, 14g protein, 1g sugar, 150mg sodium, 0mg cholesterol, 10% iron, 4% Calcium, 2% vitamin C.

Snacks are filled with things that are really not good for your health. There have been many logged cases where individuals develop serious health conditions from eating foods with added preservatives, coloring, etc. If you can help it, try to eat fruits and vegetables. If you do a water fast for like 3 days, you will develop a taste for what is good for you since you've deprived your. Throw away all those bags of chips! They are so bad for you!

Try to cut down the chips, so every time you eat them eat less and excersize. You should replace the chips with salad. Maybe put a little dip on your salad, it will make it taste better.

There are banana crisps! wich are healthier (not the healthiest but oh well), get nuts (cashews, pistachos) just dont have tooo many have dried fruit or fresh fruit is always good as a snack!
All this talk of snacks im getting hungry!LOL HOPE THAT HELPS

warm cauliflower and cheese
corn on the cob with a little butter
try dried fruit as long as it doesnt have too much sugar

cycle these through your week:
carrots
Celery with salt sprinkled on them (just like chips)
radishes
banana
gum
cucumbers
tomatos
assorted nuts
banana chips (like the plaintain ones but be careful because some of these are also calorie and fat heavy)
also its ok to have chips once in a while
also dried fruits are delicious and strangely chip like
i would suggest veggie chips but they are still slightly calorie heavy and addictive and only some of them taste good (bag comes with like 5 different veggies)
