jeremeae	I try very hard to get 8hrs of sleep so if I have work at 6 and need to wake by 5. I would try to be asleep by 9:00pm On rushed days I may only do 5hrs but this is almost the very minimum I need.... as with less than that I can't get the deep delta wave sleep I need.... Nicola	I aim for 11 - 11.30pm. If I am falling asleep before this I will go to bed earlier - if I am watching something interesting or doing something fun I will go later. taterbabie_4u	honestly during the work and with 5 kids i am in bed no later than 10 pm and the weekends it is later whenever i want.......but my kids are still in bed at a descent time so that i have time to relax and to have private time with my husband.........
