sheila_0123	So, that is what causes that middle aged "butt" drop. I wondered what may have caused it...not sedentary work, inactivity, or passive use of muscles. A few people claim that they literally 'worked theirs off'. My belly button did not have a screw to begin with; so, I will not be compelled to find one to fit it. However, if yours came with a screw, leave it in place...just in case there is 'something' to it. If you want to 'drop your butt', try tight fitting jeans and inactivity.
