Suffering from liver failure and it's side effects are HORRIBLE. And yes you could die. I've actually seen this happen. It is not a joking matter. If you seek treatment soon then they can help to prevent this from happening. |

i doubt you took over 30 ...what would be the reason for that....pain that big ,,you should be in the hospital....actually you can overdose and cause organ damage too but i doubt you were foolish enough to do that........and looking at all the answers,,,,,,,is this the reaction you were looking for,,,,,and you're new here,this is your first day and you have 96 points in one day? sitting in front of the computer all day,,no wonder you need all that,,,,,,you've got alot to learn about asking questions..... |

you will have damaged your liver. have blood tests which include a liver function panel to see how much damage you have caused. Tylenol won't kill you right away. if you overdose on it, you will have done serious damage to your liver. liver failure isn't summer camp, dear. |

You'd better get to the emergency room. They will probably do a gastric lavage, which is having your stomach pumped. 30 Tylenol extra strength can do a lot of damage if they get thru your bloodstream, so get to the ER ASAP! |

You need to go to a Hospital NOW! It will damage your liver and kidneys. I am a nurse and I know of several people dying from taking an overdose of Tylenol. It doesn't happen right away, but the liver damage and kidney damage is starting now. Don't waste any time! It can Kill you in a few days. |

Wow, what a sick way to get attention for yourself. I took too much Aspirin once in a weak attempt to "end my life." I had some seriously nasty beyond all nasty vomiting going on. But everyone is right--Tylenol will seriously mess up your liver, and then you will wish you had done it the right way. Get to the hospital. I don't think you really want to die if you have time to be yaking here. |

You need to follow the advice of the others or you will end up with severe liver damage. When you get to the ER, they will take blood for liver enzyme test. Those results will tell the physician how much mucomist you will need to have to counteract the acetominiphen in your system. This is a nasty tasty liquid and is not pleasant. You will then be seen by a MSW or a psychiatrist to determine if you are suicidal or just seeking attention. Your disposition from the hospital, because you will be admitted, will be determined by your answers to their questions, your past history and if you want to die. |

If you've taken that many in the past hour you should be getting quite sick and really throwing up---CALL 911 unless you want to die. What will happen is your kidneys will start to shut down and your liver will not function so the poisons that got through th kidneys and filtered out by the liver to leave your body in urine and feces will not so your body will be poisoning itself---this may take a few days until you die and it is NOT a easy death---if you really took NEED To CALL 911 for id they pump your stomach-no big deal they'll give you a relaxer so you will not feel a thing. they can also put charcoal in your system to absorb the toxins and that with the toxins will go out in NO2 but if you do nothing you will die. |

I agree with all those who are recommending to call 911, it is a very high over dose, go to an ER right away and tell them exactly what you took, don't take this as a joke, this can be lethal, good luck |
