You can actually put on more weight this way. Your body isn't getting enough food, so when it gets this big meal that you feed it, the fat gets stored so as to sustain you over the time when it doesn't get fed. I really don't suggest doing this.. Just stick to a healthy balanced diet and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

the healthiest route (besides the obvious of following the food pyramid) is to eat many small meals throughout the day.
fasting isn't healthy, big meals aren't healthy, sweets aren't healthy.

You should eat a normal, healthy diet and exercise to shape your body. Fasting is counter-productive. You may actually force your body into famine mode, where you waste organ tissue instead of burning fat. See a personal trainer and dietician for guidance.

Eating every other day instead of daily will just slow one's metabolism and also isn't a diet a person can stick to for long. It does more harm than good.

A diet like that will lead you to gain weight as you body is forced to store everything it can, this is because it does not know when it's next meal will be.

you should eat three meals a day other wise you have a high risk of your immune system crashing. make sure you're getting vitamins everyday even if it's in pill form if you feel like you don't wanna put on the extra calories but vitamins need proteins to feed off of and your proteins need..something.. i forget. but if you think your thighs are huge than portion out your food give your thigh muscles a good work out every 2 days or so!

EXERCISE IS THE ANSWER, NOT LOSING MORE WEIGHT. The proper toning and exercise will tone your body and redistribute the weight to the right parts. Join a club and talk to a trainer, they will help you. Fasting and skipping meals will only lead to poor health and vitamin deficiencies and perhaps even anorexia. It's the mental delusion that no matter how much weight you lose, you can never be skinny enough. If you're already skinny, it's not a matter of losing weight.

Well, if you keep doing that youre going to become anemic. Youll also probably start losing your hair due to malnutrition. Your skin will start to look a tad grayish and your body will get loose and icky, even if your skinny. Because youre going to lose muscle mass.

Going long periods of time without eating signals your body to go into conservation mode. Which means your metabolism slows down and your body hangs onto every calorie for dear life. In other words, your eating habits are making losing weight harder, not easier.
If you took that big meal and split it up over the two days, you would probably have an easier time maintaining and losing weight. Also, 20 minutes of exercise...just enough to raise your heart rate, raises your metabolism for hours afterward.

Your muscle will waste away and when you stop this binge diet you will find that you will put on fat quicker. When you starve you body of nutrients, you body will go into conservation mode. Every calorie you eat will be converted to fat. You are not training your metabolism correctly. You will just end up weak and fat. If you want to lose fat in your thighs, run every day and eat 6 small, but complete, meals a day. This will train your body to burn fat, not store it.

First, be comfortable in the skin you're in. Stop obsessing about your size/weight/defects--what ever term you use. Eating healthy and consistantly is important. Feed your body what it needs. Take it for a walk. Ride a bike. Find an activity that you find enjoyable and entertain your mind. Eat small meals five to six time a day and make sure you are tired when you go to bed. Get lots of sleep and destress. Find your happiness. Oh, the sweets, I like them too. Just think of them as a treat, something that you do only once in a while.
