I'm sick with a stuffy nose. ugh! I just want to breathe... what should I do? (Other than a shower, or meds.)

kamali	Take a tub and fill 3 Or 4 Cup of Hot water. Add 5 or 6 drop of Axe Oil and close the tub use the lid. Use a towel to cover ur head (whole face and head), take the lid ,face close to the tub breathe the axe oil water is good to ur nose. <3 to shop	theres this really minty smelling cream that you can get at pharmacys, you dont have to wear it, but when i cant breathe through my nose i just hold the bottle up to my nose and i dont know why but it just lets you breathe as if it wasnt stuffy at all the product isnt listed as a nasal Decongestant but it worked for me, they have it at cvs if you go on their website and search vicks youll find it ~ http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/nasal-Decongestant/AN01551 hope i helped ;) get well soon

anglsm	You may HAVE to use some medication for temporary relief. I would suggest nasal spray. It will offer some relief and you will be able to breathe better and sleep better. There are even some that are not medicated. No need for expensive brands, I use $1 nasal spray from the dollar zone at Food City & it works great. Hope you feel better soon.

Rich L	Plug your kitchen sink. Fill it with hot water. Place a towel over your head & lean over the sink for 10 minutes, breathing as deeply as possible. Keep blowing your nose, the steam should help Loosen everthing up. Hope you're feeling better.

Jazzy	I was unbelievably congested..What I did was drink lots of herbal tea, boiled water ontop of a stove and inhailed the steam, and if that doesn't work, get your doctor to prescribe Nasonex [sp?] It works GREAT.

nick n	not much you can do...Try taking a wiff of something strong liek vinegar or hot sauce.

asusanorsue	I always say soup-steaming-chicken is the one always recommended but any will do. I know you don't want meds but, vicks vapo rub under the nostrils helps or saline drops-which are just some kind of salt water in the nostrils helps. I always try pumping up the vitamin C-either tablet or orange form. Feel better!
