Chew on some Parsley. You chew the stems and make some Parsley sauce with the leaves, then freeze it until required.

Chewing Parsley or mint is good, or you can use a good Mouthwash. But for quick results squeeze some fresh lime juice in to your mouth and just keep it for a while then swallow it, this really works wonders or you can drink fresh lemon water/squash. So next time dont worry about Garlic.

Chewing raw Parsley or coriander is best. You can buy Parsley and coriander toothpaste form health food shops just for this purpose too.

I dont particularly like Garlic because of this. If I have a curry that I make myself I leave it out. If it is one I buy I have lots of chewing gum to hand. Dont forget its not just the mouth, its in the body, so the smell is difficult to get rid of.

Wonderful chocolate....dark works better. Just let the chocolate dissolve in your mouth for as long as you can and do this a few times all day long. It will greatly diminish the taste. I would suggest taking some mints in your purse on your date.
Unfortunately, Garlic permeates our entire body, but has great health benefits. If you take Garlic and rub it on your feet, you will start to taste Garlic in your mouth several seconds later. Quite amazing.
