sunshyn1919	I doesn't hurt too bad but it's nasty while it heals... Make sure to use sea salt and to clean it very regularly because it will puss and be nasty so u really have to keep up on it. It's a good idea to do it in the Fall/Winter so it has time to heal so it's perfect to show off in the summer months!! I've Had mine for 5 years and I love it. They are very cute and sexy. baby.boo81	the first time i had it done it was just a really bad pinch, i didnt even notice him making the whole just a little light tugging whilst the bar was going in, i could sit down after although only very straight as i couldnt bend my stomach this lasted about an hour, was very awkward gettng in and out of the car. the pain didnt last very long and was really dull. there was quite a bit of blood with mine ive had mine done 3 times so it can be that bad!!!! good luck and i hop u love it!! Rain	It really did not hurt much at all, and only for a few seconds. I could sit, I did everything! Even exercise! I got a barbell put in, I think those are more comfortable than a captive ring, but of course that is personal preference. You will LOVE it!!! Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

spongebobs biggest fan	ive had mine done twice. one at the top and one at the bottom. im not going to lie it is a bit sore and it nips but its not that bad. the pain is worth it. mine was nippy and sore to move for a few days after it from the swelling but it goes away quick. only advice i can give you is when your wearing a dangly bar dont get it caught in your zip... that really hurts! im more careful now. .::♥Miranda♥::.	It didn't hurt too much... Getting my nose pierced hurt a lot worse... It was a mild pain but it only lasted for about a day.... The only thing to keep in my mind is that if you wear a heavy coat/ sweater it might hurt... I could sit down fine afterwards but if I wore jeans some of the jean fabric would bunch up and rub it... that hurt a lot so maybe you should wear pajama pants... something not so rough... Just make sure you clean it properly and don't remove it too early... Good luck! *Also I wouldn't get one of the dangly ones put in at first... just go with the basic ring or stud because trust me when it's first pierced you don't want the dangly things getting caught... kaffie_monsta	In comparison to ear lobe piercings, it's almost painless. It's important not to focus on the pain you think you will be in - if you concentrate on your breathing and don't let your mind think about the actual process, you will not feel a thing. You can sit down, stand up, shower, everything else, but it's like any piercing, you've just got to be careful your clothes don't catch on it or you pull it awkwardly. And no, you don't really feel it after. it might be a little sore, but you can definitely sit down. Look up "navel piercing" on youtube, and you can see how it's done and people's reactions. P&Rsmommy	I had it done twice and it didn't really hurt. Ok, well it hurts but it happens so fast that by the time you realize it hurts it's all over. It hurts more afterwards. It is very sore to sit and touch the first few days after- watch out in the shower! If you have a powerful spray, that shower can hurt! Let the water just run over it. Be very careful to keep it clean and not get infected- which unfortunately can happen really easily. It also takes a lonnnnng time to heal- like several weeks. sschultz89	Omg girl no way does it hurt. I got mine down as a 17th birthday gift to myself. I was totally freaking out when I got there with all the needles and stuff. I asked my friend to come over and hold my hand and the guy was like no. If you can't stand it, you can't wear it. So I laid down and then felt the tiniest pinch ever and he said okay all done. I was like wow are you serious. Stood up and felt great. Got in the car and no problems. The only thing you do have to worry about is snabbing it on something so be careful. Melisa	On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most intense pain), I'd say getting your belly button pierced is about a 3. You might feel a little faint afterwards, but once you have something to eat and drink, you should be okay. You'll be able to sit down and move around, but it might hurt if the belly ring touches your pants or snags. Make sure you were comfortable clothing afterwards. And you might want to consider a couple Advil beforehand. The pain may last a week or slightly longer. Make sure you don't touch it with your fingers (until you're washing it), because it is very prone to infection. Also, wash it with anti-bacterial soap 2-3 times a day. When you're ready to switch out the ring to a new one, make sure you are using a high-quality metal and not a cheap one. They have a lot of really cute navel rings for sale! :-) Enjoy!
