How long can a person live without eating?

How long can a person live with little to no food, but drinking alcohol constantly? Serious answers only, please....

Nurse in Ohio	There's a saying I've heard: 3 weeks without food 3 days without water 3 minutes without air Now I'm dont know if just drinking alcohol would speed up the 3 weeks, but im sure it would.

Ahhh....Me Time	I'd say probably no longer than a week. Alcohol is bad for your health and not eating makes it worst. They could probably live longer, but in a few days they'd be really weak and light headed. With no food...death is evident.

**Me**	a week, i'd think. Alchol damages your liver. If your trying to commit suicide don't. Your family will be crushed. Dont. Please, my brother recently commited suicide, he was hospitalized, and now he's back home, but we have to keep him in our view, he has serious parilization.
