Get a juicer and juice carrots twice a day.
Eat a lot of Garlic and cayenne pepper.
Eat soup made with the broth of a whole chicken. Boil the chicken slowly INCLUDING the bones. It's not an old wives tale!! It works!!
Eat as much fresh citrus fruit as possible. (NOT juice from the store...these are pasturized and the enzymes are dead)

Get some herbel teas. My dad always bought tea from (probably not spelled right) Celestal Sensations, and it helps a cold. Try it.

Try putting on 4-5 layers of clothing, putting the heating in the house RIGHT up, and getting into bed with a hot-water battle.
It's horribly uncomfortable, you'll sweat like mad, but it's pretty much guaranteed to get rid of any cold in a day or two.

drink hot tea with lemon and honey...on the food, eat chicken noodle soup, white rice, apple sauce and drinks water, apple juice, Gatorade...I have 2 kids!if possible take a very warm bath and if you are a chick dim the lights for relaxation

the bst medicine is BUCLEY'S i know it tastes really badd but serisouly trust me on this... i jus had same problems like u few weeks ago and i drank 2 spoons of BUCKLEY'SYRUP and the nexxt day i was fine!!!!!

I am really big on a lot of vitamin C. Drink a lot of orange juice and take some Vitamin C supplements. Also be sure to be drinking lots of water this will help clean your system out.

Eat alot of fruits and vegetables. Oranges and orange juice is really the best because it has lots of vitamin C in it which is good for helping your immune system fight off illnesses. Vegetables are full of vitamins and help you eliminate which is good for flushing out toxins, thats why people always give you chicken soup, because of the vegetables and the liquids that also help flush you out.

Wow! I thought you would of already been sizzled at 98.7, I mean you know you can try medican, if that dont work then try getting one of those room ventelation thingys from the pharmacy and some lavendar, lemon and/or Menthol drops, they unclog noses, chineese herbal medicans work extrodinary well to check in the herbal medican section of your pharmacy/supermarket and make good warming "comfort" foods, And also make your self lemon and honey teas to sooth a sore throat. And get some butter Menthol or something like that.
I hope this helped you. Get some vitamin C in ya to, by drinking some freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, place a orange in the fridge over night.
