i don't know.

Unrealistic. You can't loose it before Jan 2. Do some upper body work, focus on your arms, give a month or two and you'll see the difference. Atleast before spring break you'll be lookin hot.

for legs squats are good and really help the thighs.

for arms push ups [ even though i hate them] work really well

and running because it helps both plus the stomach too.

good luck! happy holidays

Alas, I have always had large arms--even in my slimmer days.

When I used to exercise (why bother now at my age--lol) I found that those little handweights really made a difference in my upper arms. You can buy them at any Wal Mart for little money. I liked the 5 lb ones the best.

Just stand (or sit in an armless chair)--arms to your sides and raise the weights up so your arms are straight out, repeat.

Once you get started, you can use these weights in various other arm exercises. The net is full of the various exercises.

if you will do some stretches, situps, jumping jacks, jogging doing the windmill exercises with your arms this could possibly help you but you have to do this everyday for it to work start off maybe 10 minutes a day then work yourself up gradually until you are doing them as you are doing your housework or yardwork etc. this away you will be toning your muscles and not making them as sore as they would be if you done it for a straight hour or so

oh, it will take a while....
but I can tell that it does help if you make sure to eat well, get very well sleep - and most important of all; do some weight lifting exercises with arms!

I have done that for about 3 months now ; and I van tell that there is some big changes going on....

good luck - and don't give up!

lift weights and to get rid of those lunch lady arms, put your arm behind your head and hold your elbow with your other arm and lift the weight from the back...it really does help. good luck

Sit on the floor in front of a dining room chair, with your back to the seat of the chair. Put your hands up on the chair and push yourself up off the floor. This is a great way to tone your arms. Do several reps a couple times a day.

Also do pushups.

The best way is to do arm exercises, extend your arms and go in a circular motion count for 20-1, then cross-overs in front of you right over left, left over right count the same. Then keep your arms in front and make a fist like you have weights or if you have weights that's good do that the same count and that should work for you. Your legs you can do leg lifts laying on your side and while laying on you back open and close your leg gs like scissor drink a lot of water and lay off the carbs. This is what I do to keep the weight off and stay in shape.. Good Luck

For arms, if you can and recommended by your doctor, light weight training for your arms. I'm not sure how fast you will see results on your own arms, but I had results in a few weeks in mine. Plus keeping this up will help dramatically, otherwise it can come back fast.

For your legs, lots of squats and lunges and stair stepping and dancing if you are able. I do this daily. Not sure for results on your own legs, but I did see results in as little of a week with doing squats and lunges daily several times a day 3 or 4 reps of 12-15.

take about 10lb weights and one at a time, put them ver your head holding with both arms and go up and down with one weight for about ten minutes, or untill you cant lift your arms. it gets rid of the flab under arms. also, running sierously does help with legs. i run about 2-3 miles a day and my legs got toned in like 2 weeks. also, eat really good, no carbs or sweets. just salad and water and fruit and veggies, and no meat. it really does work, its just really hard to do.

hope it all works out for you!
happy holidays!
