This sounds really weird. Im not saying you arent telling the truth but I do want to say that THE MIND IS A VERY STRONG THING.....I think you sound so consumed w/ why you can't eat that you are telling your brain you CANT EAT. Get strong and tough w/ yourself and gradually eat more and more at every meal. You might want to look at certain things you are eating too. If you are feeling really sick after a meal, try and look at what you eat and try to avoid certain things like that. ( Dairy or citrus in the food for instance) ....if you keep losing weight tho, you must go to the doctor before you see some life altering changes in your body. ......get some help and get healthy! You need to find someone to talk to you and fast!!! Your under so much stress its affecting your body. Seek out a counselor at school and talk to your guardian or parents. You need to discuss your issues with a trusted adult who can guide you in the right direction. You know this is not good for your body. The stress is traumatic to your body. Your body is letting you know THATS ENOUGH and that is why it is responding the way it is. You have way too much on your plate and its not food its STRESS and CHAOS. Time to start speaking up about your feelings and making them known LOUD AND CLEAR.

Poor girl! :( Go to the doctor first and see if he has any medication. I'd suggest you get some stress free candles with different scents first to get rid of stress, put some music on, and just relax and drink water. Then, sign up for a yoga class. It'll relax you and help you get rid of stress. Before you do anything, if its food that makes you gag, drink lots of water. Try to eat a little bite of something. If you can't drink either, please go to the doctor. Please.

i can't imagine what stress your under,but this worked for me and everyone else who has done so.
Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus says
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am Gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
If your soul is in turmoil you can only patch the problem. Get to the root of the problem and give your life to Jesus He'll heal you and fill you and love you like you've never been loved. He's alive and well and still in the healing business

I think that maybe, you should see a doctor. He may have to prescibe something for your anxiety, for a while at least. If you can't keep food down because of stress, then you will become more ill and nervous. I think you do need professional help with this problem. Talk things over with a doctor, and see what he thinks about your problems and situation. If you need counseling, then your doctor can recommend someone to you.

even though it is being caused by stress you should still see a doctor, he can tell you what to do! but drink some milk for now! and make sure you drink water. but start out by eating light things like grapes, crackers, anything small that you can snack on! try to relieve the stress by taking a hot bath and relaxing in it. take a day off from work or school tomorrow, if you can. sleep! i hope you stay healthy! xoxo good luck

The best way to help yourself is to tackle the root of the problem. Why are you stressed? Is it because of school/work?

Take a long hot bath, go to the doctor/see a counselor, write in a journal, listen to music, sleep...etc. Also Drink ENSURE until you can eat better they give it to anorexic's so they gain a bit of weight and get some nourishment.

See a docotor. If nothing is wrong, get some councilling. Stress can kill, you need to deal with it.
Whatever it is, I think you can deal with it, but you need someone to show you a more healthy way of coping that won't have you so stressed you can't eat.

work yourself up from small bits and pieces to small portions. It always works for me. If you're not eating. I would suggest a Multivitamin pill and drink lots of water or Gatorade. I hope these remedies help.

Try going out with your friends to eat, at your favorite restaurant, remember price doesn't matter. If you still can't eat go to the Doctor this can be more serious then you think.

Honestly you need might to talk to a doctor. You may be one of those people that need medicine to help with all the stress and stuff. It isn't a bad thing it is just a part of who you are. You need to talk to someone who is a professional that can help you learn the ways to relax and to help you be able to eat correctly. I hope things get better for you.

You really need to see a doctor. If this really is just stress, the doc can help you with the right medication to help relieve it. But, you may also have the beginning of an eating disorder showing up and the doc can help you or send you to the right specialist. Don't wait. Do it immediately.

You really need to see a doctor to make sure you are not becoming Bole mic or Anorexic. This could be quite serious.
Make sure you are drinking water or orange juice to prevent yourself from becomming dehydrated. Try to eat something you are really craving, but eat small portions, since your stomach may have shrunk a bit through this.
But do see a doctor.

sometimes when i eat my tummy hurts too, i was 85-90 pounds in the 8th grade. try and eat while staying busy, like watch tv and not think about eating at all while stuffing ur mouth with a cookie
