When washing hands - liquid soap, because bar soap is germy (I think), so many people touch it with their dirty hands.
When showering - liquid body scrub, because it isn't as harsh as soap and it contains moisturisers.

Don't use soap of anykind. Bar soap or liquid soap are not good for the skin.
Go to the chemist and get Sorbelene soap or cream. Does a fantasic job on your skin There are other non soap bars that you can purchase from the chemist/pharmacist.

I use bars of soap because it makes me feel as if my hands are cleaner. But, when at school I use the foam kind because that is the kind that they have in those bathrooms there.
As long as you wash your hands that is all that really matters.
