I had an issue like this a few years ago, thought that it was fatigue but it turned out I had mono (at least that's what my doctor told me. And he told me that my eczema was scabies 5 times and tried to perscribe me a cream that if left on to long would kill me.)
Anyway, go to the doctor, you might just be fatigued and need a vacation or it could be something worse.

Go ahead and take little naps..best time for dreams you can remember anyway. Don't resist your natural cycle that you have..hating it will just make it persist..just go with the flow, get into reading a good book and you will fall asleep when you fall asleep..don't worry about it, I wouldn't.

Well, it could be a number of things. Your diet, your health, or lack of sleep in general. Try eating healthier if you don't, go to the doctor for a check-up just to make sure medically nothing is wrong, and try to get a little more sleep time in if you can.

Have you always had this problem or is it recent? If it is a chronic problem it might be that you are not getting REM sleep. My wife had this problem due to anxiety. Even though she might sleep ten hours, she was not getting good sleep and would wake up tired and just want to take naps all day.

it could be depression, but it could also be a lack of some vitamin try taking a Multivitamin
also if you dont get at least 8 hours of sleep, no matter what age, you will most likely be tired. if you don't get that much, try it
it'll probably help

you could be over tired, not getting enough sleep or getting too much. if you have a desk job sitting around all day and then coming home and sitting around will make you tired b/c your body isn't active at all. if you have trouble sleeping talk to your doctor. mine gave me Amitriptyline because i couldn't get to sleep until about 4am. there are other pills the doctor can perscribe to help you.

Too much refined sugar will make you tired. Red meat will do the same thing. Stress, worry, or too much thinking about problem-solving will make you tired and make it hard to sleep.

If your sleeping habits haven't changed, but you're suddenly feeling more tired, have you considered that something may be going on with your health? My suggestion is, go to your family doctor for a thorough checkup. Your drowsiness could be due to a ton of things. Perhaps it's something in your lifestyle, like not eating enough complex proteins or getting enough exercise, or something medical, such as an infection or virus that's sapping your strength. It could just be that the darker mornings of winter are making your body want to hibernate. But the point is, you don't know what it is, and you shouldn't just guess.
Don't take chances with your health! Go to the doctor and get a total workup, to determine what's going on. Maybe all you need is an antibiotic, or a change in diet. If the doctor rules out any medical causes of your sleepiness, you can ask her/him to help you study your lifestyle and habits to try and fix the problem.

I would get at least a little work out - the more oyu exercise the better you should sleep - and if you go to bed at like 11 or 12 each night then you might try going to bed at like 8 or nine - getting a good nights sleep makes you able to stay awake better during the day
hope you feel better!!

You're tired because you don't get enough uninterrupted sleep. Take a nice hot bath before bed and read a book in bed. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time each day. Good luck.
