make yourself tired, like reading a positive book. Do not exercise too much before your bedtime, as it will increase your blood flow, and makes you less sleepy.

Think that you need to sleep at that time, and do not think of anything else. Keep your sleeping environment cosy.

ICE COLD GLASS OF MILK watch tv for 30-1hour and there you go sleeping like a baby

do not take those pills or do not play games your heart rate will sky rocket i would just take 1-2 drousy allergy pills if you have allergys and watch tv and have some milk you will be asleep for a good rest full time

Eat ice cream it makes you sleepy. Also leave your feet outside the cover's so that your body can balance out it's temperature level.

Make sure you are very tired when you go to bed. Do some physical work during the day. Drink Sleepytime tea before bed (drug store or health food store). Total darkness and absolutely no noise or turn on a fan for some "white noise". Put a small ticking clock in your bedroom.
Have a hot bath then go directly to bed on clean sheets. If you have pets that sleep with you don't let them in your room for one night and see if fall asleep and stay asleep better.

Having a nice hot drink before bed, make sure that you don't get to excited before bed or that you don't watch a tv program that will leave u awake all night thinking bout it,. Use dim lights or no lights at all if you can when getting ready for bed, for some people reading helps them relax before bed, make sure your not to hot in your bed you should be cool not hot or cold and last you can try breathing exercises take five secs to breath in hold it for 2-3 secs then let it out keep your eyes shut while doing the breathing exercise and do it bout 7-8 times and if you do a lot of sport in the day you should sleep better.

Well i'm sure a lot of people are going to tell you to clear your mind, count, etc. But if you have a realy problem falling asleep this stuff won't always work. I always have trouble sleeping and so what really helps is taking Folic Acid. It is completely 100% safe and extremely healthy for you, and it helps you fall asleep quick and sleep more peacefully. You can buy it in the vitamin section of most stores and it is pretty much impossible to take too much because its so good for you.

Also, i've read that you shouldn't go on a computer within like an hour of going to sleep. Supposedly the light from it causes some enzyme to stop being produced and makes it more difficult to sleep.

i have trouble falling asleep Cuz im always hyper before bed
But i Try to tire myself out! So i jump around and stuff
Then turn out the light and close my eyes and im Knocked out

And try an asprin or Advil before bed... that helps ALOT 2
