ein	I have heard people use their pee to treat some diseases but not heard yet about being use to treat pimples. But to me, it is a way of people belief and i really don't have the right to say that it is wrong or dirty because that is their own pee. In my country, olden people use their own pee to treat conjunctivitis(eye infection). Those days to go to a hospital for those native people is very difficult because you have to travel a few miles on feet to go to hospital. So for minor sickness like eye infection, flu & cough etc. they have their own traditional remedy. So pee is one of it.
