Place your alarm clock as far away from you bed as possible , making sure that it is on the opposite side of your room .Chances are , if you have to get out of bed and walk all the way over to the other side of the room to hit the snooze button , you arent going to want to get back to bed ,you will have awaken enough to go about your day .

Honestly- You need to go to bed earlier. Re arrange your schedule, "wake UP" an hour earlier to " wake- up and warm up your mind".... I did my easy homework in the morning before school.
Being sleep deprived IS the problem. Really.
So if you can average 7-8, that would change your whole processing system of your body.
These days, with my "sleep" is a serious concern, because the is when your body "heals" its immune system. I have a sleep schedule. I "make up my sleep" on Saturdays. I go out with friends on Friday night and make NO social plans for Saturday at all. [let my body wake up when it wants too.]
My day sttarts at 6 am (6 days a week) So Satruday sometimes its 9 am and the last two weeks it has been 1pm and last week it was 4pm ( woke up starving- I ate and literally went back to bed, woke again at 11pm did some business, ate a Ham San and went back to bed, and woke on time at 6am on Sunday.) I felt literally "Hung over" from exhaustion. I gotta tell ya, on Monday, life was so much better.
I watched the " recorded" version of my favorite show that I missed the night before. [ sleeping] The recorded version is much shorter and you waste less time.
I organized my life so my health is first.

There is this nifty alarm clock I saw advertised somewhere. When the alarm goes off, it shoots this propeller like thing into the air... and that's the thing that is making the noise. You have to get up and find where the thing landed in order to turn it off. I think it is about 30 dollars... if that is out of the question, something I have done in the past is to put my alarm clock as far away from me as possible, so that I have to get out of bed to turn it off.
Alright! I found it! Check this site... scroll down to the youtube presentation of it to see how it works. If this thing doesn't get you out of bed... well, here, check it out: http://www.myvirtualzone.com/detail.aspx?ID=14137&OVRAW=alarm%20clock%20propeller&OVKEY=flying%20propeller%20alarm%20clock&OVMTC=advanced&OVADID=5945600512&OVKWID=66746916512

Hate to break it to you hun, but it only gets worse from here on out. What I do to help myself (I'm in graduate school), is I set my regular alarm for about 10/15 minutes before I actually should set my alarm so that my body wakes up from the deep sleep, and subconsciously I roll over and just relax and semi-go back to sleep. Then I set an alarm on my cell phone (for the real time I need to wake up) that isn't incredibly loud, but it's loud enough that I'll definately hear it, and it will wake me up w/o being annoying...and I'll make sure that it's all the way across the room. That way I'm not as tired the 2nd time I wake up, and I jump in the shower after I'm forced to get up out of bed for the 2nd alarm. I hope this may help you! Good luck! I'm sure you'll find out what works best for you!

You can't go to bed at a regular time?
One alarm clock isn't sufficient?
You can't use more than one alarm clock?
Put the alarm clock out of reach?
Cut back on some activities ?
Take naps for 20 minutes during the day?
Have a friend or family member wake you up (pay them)?
Get up immediately-no snoozing?
Reward yourself if you get up on time for a week?

YOU SHOULD START OFF BY FIGUREING OUT IF ALL OF YOUR ACTIVITIES THAT IMPORTANT TO YOU AND IF YOU FEEL LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN CUT OFF YOU SHOULD DO THAT. DONT BURN YOURSELF OUT SO YOUNG. BECAUSE IT MIGHT GET UGLY WHEN YOU REALLY START HAVING TO DO ALOT.

Go to bed early and set an alarm. I use the alarm on my cell phone because I always have it close by. Even if you travel you will more than likely have your cell phone if you don't have an alarm clock!

The brain is the "control tower" for the body. You literally ARE what you THINK. Before you go to bed, look at the clock before you close your eyes and tell yourself what time you ARE GOING TO wake up, and that when you wake you will be instantly, wide awake, and you will NOT be tired. Your mind understands the concept and measure of time, and all it needs is suggestive training. You can also train your mind to remember important information, control pain, and many other things. The waking suggestion is one of the simpler examples of using to train your brain. You can also train yourself to remember your dreams in the same way.

Buy a very loud alarm clock and put it as far from your bed as you can. That way you have to get up to shut the darn thing up.

Try a really loud annoying alarm. Like one of those old fashioned ones that has a hand that bangs on a metal bell.
And, try not to do too many extracurriculars. The human body can only sustain too much. It sounds like you may be soon to "pop" from the stress and lack of sleep.

I've had this problem as well. Do you drink a lot of pop with caffeine in it? Since I started drinking caffeine-free pop I go to sleep quickly and wake up fine in the morning.
If you have a cell phone that vibrates, set the alarm clock on it and put it in your pocket or by your head when you sleep. Worked for me a few times.
Or, put your alarm clock as near to your head as possible.
And...perhaps politely tell your parents that you need to wake up and if it happens to wake them up...they'll just have to deal with it.

at least your hard working self will have a great future! one way is to set up an alarm all the way across the room so you have to get up and turn it off. another way is to have your parents come into your room, turn on the light so its hard to fall back asleep. also if you have a cell phone, you can use the alarm from there and turn it on vibrate+ring so you can feel the vibration and hear the ring!
good luck with all of your classes!

After your alarm goes off. Have a CD with your favorite music, the ones that make you dance, or music you work out to.
It works for me. You wake up in a good mood, dancing and ready for your big day.
Couldn't hurt to try, all lot of these others sound good too. Heck, try them all.
