Lately I havn't been able to sleep at all, or it takes many hours to actually get to sleep. Is there any methods that I can use to help me sleep better or actually go to sleep before resorting ...

8-10 hours. I am almost 13 and I get 4- 13 hours a day in bed. lol yesterday it was 5. last night it was about 12. lol

teenagers should always hav atleast 8 hrs of sleep...cos its most important of the teens...in this age, which makes them energetic.

you need 8 but they will hardly ever get 8 because of the world we live in today but me when i was a teen i was lucky to get 6 hours of sleep lol and everynow and then i would just crash but yeah 8 hours is the best

8 hours to be exact. If, as a teenager you do not take excessive body stress (excessive for more than 1 hour a day) you only need 8 hours to continuous sleep to stay healthy.

Sleeping more than 8 hours would not get you any better health or beauty. However, sleeping less than 8 hours would effect your health badly. Try to get contineous sleep of 8 hours everyday.
