How many pillows to you use underneath your head when sleeping?

depends on what type of pillow but enough so your head is inline with ur back other wise u end up with back ache. memory foam ones r the best |

your question should be how many hours of sleep do you get per pillow...approx 3.5 for myself. the best combo is lots of little ones for maximum hpp (hours per pillow) |

I use one underneath and one over my head to cover my eyes and diminish noise, with a gap in between for my face to get the air from the fan blown on it. |
