In 24 hours, I usually sleep only 5. I start at 6 in the morning, so I have to wake up moments before, get ready and stuff, and as I work 12 hours with only 2 breaks of 20 minutes each, finishing at 6 in the afternoon, I have to get my clothes ready, cook, shower and only then I have some time for myself. I usually go to bed at midnight, or else I won't be able to do anything for fun out of my life other than work.

its 3:30 am where i live now, last night i was up until 4:30 am.
i've stayed up all night quite afew times, im actually less tired when i dont sleep, if i sleep im still tired the next day, if i dont sleep im fine the next day, its weird, i just have a hard time finding healthy ways to occupy my time when i stay up all night. my hours of sleep are very variable, im 14, and so now i have summer free, so i dont have to worry if i dont go to sleep until really late i can just sleep and dont have to worry about being late for things as much.

Some nights I sleep better then other, but when I do get a decent nights sleep it is usually around 7/8 hours. May be a bit longer at the weekends. I am a morning person myself which is why I always wake up with a smile on my face. lol

6 hrs sleep a night is adequate. However, the ideal time should be 7 hrs. of quality sleep. Try taking short naps in the afternoon. Even if you don't sleep; just rest with your eyes close and try to recharge your batteries. Your body will thank you for it.
I'm also a nite owl Less traffic esp for the computers.

About 6 most nights when I'm on earlies, but thats because I get up at 4.30 and refuse to go to bed at 8.30.
Last night I was blessed with 9 1/2 hours sleep, and to be honest I feel real sh**ty for it.

for me, average around seven and a half to eight hours
try reading a book [don't do vigorous exercise] before you sleep or just try to force yourself to wake up early one day. this breaks the "cycle" and at night, you might just be able to sleep earlier. more exercie will help too.

I sleep for about 8 hrs each night.
But sometimes if I am in the house the TV has a soporific effect. Reading also sends me off.
So my weekly total could reach as much as 70 hrs.
I never actually feel tired I just fade away.
