Vaseline!! n don't lick your lips(makes it worse). Cocoa butter. Chicken grease might help too if you wish.

Carmex is much better....otherwise put a little vaseline on your lips a couple of times a day and it will protect them from the elements.

keep your lips hydrated using anything BUT your tongue. if you use your tongue, your lips will feel better for a few but then they will get drier than before. drink fluids, pat some water on your lips, use vaseline, anything that won't burn your lips or taste nasty...

Drinking water helps to Hydrate your entire body including your skin. I try to up my water intake when I am sick or when it's arid. Seems to help and my lips don't get as chapped in the snow here when I do.

ive heard that the chapped lips are a sign that u are dehydrated, so drink lots of water and try not to lick your lips too often
