Yes, It can. When people are stressed they usually don't care of themselves ie. by eating inadequatly, taking inadequate doses of tablets and inadequate amount of sleep. Stress causes to make people inadequatly abuse these factors which causes a low immune system by making pathogens easily enter the body because and are killing the body's defence cells ie. white blood cells which causes illness.

Yes, your tummy can be upset, you can run to toilet quiet often and many more. But the worst is that you can become mental ill.
Half a year ago I was so stressed at work that I didn't remember what I am doing and why. I couldn't tell how was my week cos I didn't now, and I didn't remember what I have done.

Yes. This is because when you are stressed, your body releases hormones a.k.a. fight or flight response hormones. These hormones are fine in quick bursts, but if u are continually under stress, that means these hormones are constantly in your body. They are actually not good for your heart and immune system. The continued prolonged exposure can cause heart attacks in older age, and make it hard for u to fight off infections young, as well as other health problems.

Yes, both on a physical and mental level. Stress can cause severe pain on a physical level that can be alleviated by chiropractic treatment on a short-term basis (until you stress and tighten up the muscles again), and can also cause severe problems on a medical level requiring the need of drugs and such for a quick fix (not the solution obviously).
