Not unless you're a real klutz and manage to hit yourself in the face (or eyeglasses) by mistake, in the, uuuhhhh, heat of the moment.....old wives' tale. The only "physical" harm that's ever been reliably attributed to masturbation is occasional local irritation of the affected parts.... which can be prevented by less vigorous manipulation and/or the use of lubricants. If you'd like a great general-purpose (readable, and funny!) book on human sexuality, I'd recommend _Guide to Getting It On_ by Paul Joannides (Goofy Foot Press). It's in something like the 4th or 5th edition, and has been printed in at least 10 languages---this is probably the best all-purpose "user's guide" I've ever seen. |
