i have that same problem.
some ways to fix it is your air shouldn't be turned on all night. so if you want to warm up or cool down your room at night. leave it like that for a couple hours or the whole day before you go to bed. Then also leave the door open a crack to let air flow.
the reason you feel sick is because the air isn't moving around, i have that same problem every morning. good luck :)

Oh! i have the same problems!!! i sleep with 5 hot water bottles every night and i would be wearing a scarf and a sweater, make sure you have a thick comforter..then i wake up in the middle to get a drink of water..(to moisten the mucus in my throat?) then i go back to sleep and i would wear socks too. :) and if you have a small dog, sleep with it too ^^

That happens to me a lot, it's just allergies, as far as I know. I just started getting allergies this year, so it's probably new-ish to you, too. It will go away, if it is what I think it is!
Try taking a clearatin before bed.....it works for 24 hours.

you should ask your doctor what this might be caused by as well as doing a little research on the web. sometimes you can find symptoms on webmd that point to possible causes.
else, if your environment changed in any way at all, for example, you began to use a feather comforter instead of regular blankets, you might be allergic to the comforter. also, dry air can make you have these symptoms. you can try getting a humidifier.
you might also have food or medication allergies. your best bet is to ask your doctor. (oh, too, pharmacists are WONDERFUL sources of knowledge about interactions and generally can tell you that although they are not doctors, your symptoms MIGHT BE related to x, y or z).

The flu is going around here (in Florida) -- lots of people seem to be getting sick lately (not necessarily the flu) for some reason.

It might be allergies, take a Claritin.
Your room might be dusty, try dusting it.
If you leave a fan on over night, try turning it off.
Your heat might be up too high, turn it down.
Just try these, they might help.
Hope you feel better.

Not a doctor , but I think your fighting a cold.
If you had an upset tummy, you might be pregnant.
In winter, I feel that way sometimes. I get up early and have coffee and check email and take a shower, then I begin my workday.
Many people jump out of bed, into the shower and off to work. I did in my youth, but I ease into my day now.
I think it will go away. If it doesn't, see your doctor. We lost a 21 year old daughter to pneumonia, she had been on antibiotics but wasn't' getting better....
Your probably fine, but check it out.

Do you sleep with your mouth open? Try using a dehumidifier, it helps a ton. Alittle vitamin C wouldn't hurt either.

its kuz ur body was getting what it should- rest- and doesnt want to get up. take a day off work or school and youll feel a bit better. the reason that u feel better later, is because youre fully awake and your body is ignoring that youre sick. i have had it happen several times- you may also have strep, thats what happened to me when i had strep
hope i helped!
