try eating a bit slower and chewing your food properly, also it may help if you eat a couple of smaller meals instead of one big meal

Well............my son had this symptom for years and years and finally we took him to see a pediatrician to find out if there was a serious cause. He had an array of blood work and even an ultra sound and turns out that he has ciliac disease. It is an autoimmune disease in which gluten can cause all sorts of havoc on your whole body. This includes feeling nausea and even stomach pain or diarrhea. Its worth getting checked out. Do you notice anything after you eat certain foods in particular? Pasta was horrible for him and cereals with wheat or barely too. It's a simple blood test to find out. It's definitely worth it. Hope you feel better soon.
