IBS also known as irritable bowel syndrome possibly. I have this disorder and based on what you have told me thats what it sounds like. Ask your doctor and if he confirms what I said ask about the medication called Bentyl its awesome and btw if your a female the meds are great on mentral cramps too.

do you have a history of ulcers, or have you been around some one who was sick latley. normally there are stomach viruses that causes much pain and hard stool or soft stool with blood or vomiting and horrible stomach cramps if so it is contagious and you need to wash your hand alot and to see a doctor about it as soon as possible.

u may have muscle spasms,which that sounds like it, ck with ur docter, it may also be ibs, which is irregual bowel syndrome,but ck with ur docter, he can give u pills for the spasms called donnitol
