It's not a stupid question, unless there is an underlying disorder, I doubt it. That usually happens from straining like from puking.

Probably not but you can get so drunk and do some thing that causes you to do that and then not remember later and think it was from you being drunk.
No question is a stupid question unless you don't ask it.

yes.... drinking constricts the vessels and causes your blood pressure to rise.... a vessel can blow out in your eyes from this..
An elevation of the systolic and/or diastolic blood pressure increases the risk of developing heart (cardiac) disease, kidney (renal) disease, hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis or arteriosclerosis), eye damage, and stroke (brain damage). These complications of hypertension are often referred to as end-organ damage because damage to these organs is the end result of chronic (long duration) high blood pressure.

Blood vessels burst very easily.
It usually goes away. And, in regards to alcohol.. Hmm. Not likely.

Yes.
Alcohol raises the blood pressure, if you have a weak blood vessel around the eye, it can burst.

Yes, very much so.
Tiny, delicate blood vessels supply blood to your eyes. Like other vessels, they, too, are vulnerable to the damage of high blood pressure:
* Eye blood vessel damage (retinopathy). High blood pressure can damage the vessels supplying blood to your retina. Damaged enough, the blood vessels can leak or become blocked, resulting in retinopathy. This condition can lead to bleeding in the eye, microaneurysms, swelling of the optic nerve, blurred vision and complete loss of vision. If you also have both diabetes and high blood pressure, you're at an even greater risk.
Take Care!
And hope i helped :)

Ummm, yes I think that they can, also, if you are drinking a lot of alcohol, then you may be suffering from sleep depression. And when you don't get enough sleep, your eyes can get blood shot.
