MoKelly	Sure it can...Alcohol raises your blood preasure...Your eyes feel puffy when you drink to much,,,alcohol is legal but it should be illegal!!! Or else you got so drunk some popped you in the eye!!! It's not a stupid question,,,just keep your mind open for all the answers because we can all learn for each other!!! Stay away from the alcohol at least to the point of being drunk!!! Like may be frozen marg's 2 or 3 for the nite that's not every nite like only Sat or what ever is yr. out nite......after 3 get a virgin marg...tastes better even... Was this answer helpful to you? This condition can lead to bleeding in the eye, microaneurysms, swelling of the optic nerve, blurred vision and complete loss of vision. RHCP_addict_193	Ummm, yes I think that they can, also, if you are drinking a lot of alcohol, then you may be suffering from sleep depression. And when you don't get enough sleep, your eyes can get blood shot. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
