Feivel JPAA	No it is not. You should not drink the blood of any animal and man is an animal. It sounds like some attention getting ploy and a way to rebel. I would find another way. I suggest you don't take it straight from the ankle, but if you like go for it. There are better places to take it from, but if she is most comfortable with a cut why not.
