George N	There are many better ways to get to Hawaii. Selling your body parts isn't one of them. If you simply must do this, sell something you can replace, like blood. It probably take you quite a bit of time to get enough cash that way, but at least you're not putting yourself in a risky situation.

Slightly Dark Francis	It's against the law http://www.stanford.edu/dept/HPS/transplant/html/sell_kidney_.html This doesn't mean you can't find someone to do it illegally...but do you trust 1) the medical credentials of the people doing the job 2) the quality of medical hygiene/conditions and 3) the kind of people who make money illegally out of organ harvesting not to take both your kidneys etc. and dispose of your corpse? Y'know...you have two kidneys because you really do operate better with two kidneys. Sure, you can live with one...I do...but if I did have two...and needed money, I think I'd maybe concentrate on what I could actively DO to get it, rather than which bits of my body were saleable.
