That could be a lot of things, but it sounds like sheer laziness or possibly anemia. Your body is a machine. It breaks down if you don't use it.

Are you male or female. Could be a variety of things. Pregnancy, diabetes, anemia, dehydration... Do you drink alot of water? You should tell your doc how you are feeling.
Hey you could just be sleep deprived like me...lol.

Mononucleosis, or something a bit more serious. See a doctor. Hypothyroidism also can cause people to become exhausted, because your Thyroid controls every hormone in the body.
Just because you are a guy doesn't mean you can't get mono.

I used to be like that. Then my doctor told me to take some zynk and iron tablets for a while and i did good. Ask a doctor and try it. Stay off the energy drinks.

You really need to make an appointment with a doctor and get some blood work done. I had the same problem and it just progressed worse and worse until I got help. You could be anemic, depresses or have a Thyroid problem or disease like I did. It is not something to take lightly and I hope you take care of it as soon as you can. Good Luck!

Deadly Memories

I would recommend going to the doctor about it. I have heard things about this before. It may be a sickness that is trying to get in and your body is trying to fight it off. It may be stress? And there are many reasons why, but i looked it up on google and everything says that it could be diagnosed.
So try going to your doctor.?

There are many possibilities. Check with ur dr to rule out mono, iron anemia, B12 anemia (pernicious anemia), depression, fibromyalgia, sleep apnea. I am sure though ur dr can come up with a reason ur so tired. Have u taken a look at ur sleep schedule, maybe tweeking it a bit might make a difference.

Lots of possibilities, including anemia, diabetes, hypoglycemia, Potassium deficiency, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and others. Pregnancy, lack of food, increasing age.....

You didn't give neough information for even a 'possible' diagonsis here ... if you are 'tired and exhausted' all of the time, you need to see a doctor ASAP and have tests done, because there is 'something wrong' and it can probably be 'fixed' but ONLY if you see a doctor.

I'd really have to know a little more about what's going on with you to give you a good idea of what might be the issue. Without knowing more, I suggest you talk to your primary care physician. You could feel tired all the time if you are depressed, anemic, suffering a chronic infection (Mononucleosis for instance), sleep deprived, malnourished, in the first trimester of pregnancy, etc...

it could be lack of sleep. Try to expose yourself to more sunlight. Even occasional and mild sadness, not to mention stress, can cause prolonged fatigue which will make you tired.

Are you eating right?
You need lots of vitamins, from food and a suppliment.
If you eat lots of lean meat to get the protein you need,
you should have energy.
Get lots of exercise too.
